Orders are delivered by the Nova Poshta courier service throughout Ukraine, wherever Nova Poshta branches currently operate. Before placing an order, please check that there is a Nova Poshta branch in your region.

Delivery information is provided in accordance with:
- the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" of 12.05.1991 No. 1023-XII (Article 13 — the seller's obligation to provide the buyer with full information on delivery terms);
- the Customs Code of Ukraine (in the part concerning taxation of international postal and express shipments).
