Return policy — Ukraine
Right of return
Under Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", for distance purchases (including online store purchases) you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason and return the goods.
If the returned goods meet the conditions of this policy, the full amount is refunded. Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original payment. If you would like a different product, please place a new order separately.
Return conditions
A return is possible if all of the following are met:
- the goods retain their original appearance and consumer properties (no signs of use);
- the original packaging, tags and seals are intact.
A receipt is not required to process a return.
How to return
- Submit a return request on the website.
- You will receive an email with detailed instructions on how and where to send the goods.
- Send the goods exclusively via Nova Poshta to the company's representative office (details below).

Return shipping cost
The cost of shipping the goods back (from the customer to the company's representative office) is paid by the buyer.
Refund timing
Inspection of the returned goods and the refund are carried out within 14 days of the company receiving the goods, in accordance with Article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights". Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original payment.

Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" of 12.05.1991 No. 1023-XII, Article 13 (right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason) and Article 21 (refund procedure, including delivery costs, and allocation of return shipping costs).
