If you received a discount for purchasing a set or multiple items, returning part of your purchase may affect that discount. If the items you keep no longer qualify for the promotion, your discount and refund amount will be recalculated in accordance with the promotion’s terms.

How it works

Choose the items

Open the order, select the items and the reason for the return.

Check your email

We confirm your request and send instructions for sending the parcel.

Send the parcel

Pack the items and send them within 14 days. We refund you once they arrive.

How to send it back

Small parcelsInPost parcel locker
Wait for a separate email with your drop-off code, enter it on the locker screen and put the parcel in. No label to print.
PLN 10 — deducted from your refund
Medium & large suitcasesCourier pickup label
We email your return label within 3 calendar days of your request. Print it, attach it and send the parcel as instructed.
PLN 15 — deducted from your refund

Before you send it

  • Items in as-new condition, without signs of use beyond checking them.
  • Keep the original tags, labels and branded product packaging.
  • Any protective packaging is fine — remove or cover old shipping labels.
  • No forms or paperwork in the parcel — your request is already registered.

Your refund

We refund within 7 days of receiving the returned items, using the original payment method.

Paid cash on delivery? Reply to the confirmation email with your bank account number (IBAN).
